VektaDesk stores the information needed to run your organization's IT service desk: names, work email addresses, job titles, departments, offices and managers synced from Microsoft 365, and the tickets, messages and ratings people create.

Tenrix Technology Group uses this data only to provide the service to your organization. It is kept separate from other customers, and is never sold or used for advertising. VektaDesk never sees Microsoft passwords. Your organization can disconnect Microsoft 365 and request deletion of its data at any time.

Terms of use

VektaDesk is provided to your organization by Tenrix Technology Group under its subscription agreement. Use it for work-related IT requests and follow your organization's IT policies. Contact your IT department with questions about how your organization uses VektaDesk.
